- Subtotal Only: to keep Proposals digestible & help your clients focus on value, you can now list items by name, without itemised prices or quantities.
- Version History: some Proposals end up with multiple revisions. Now, you can review and restore past versions of a Proposal, at any time.
- Save as PDF: while online Proposals are better as an interactive experience, some clients still need a PDF. Now, they can save a PDF.

How to Upgrade to ServiceM8 14
- Desktop: if you haven’t already upgraded, to activate ServiceM8 14 features & improvements in the Online Dashboard, go to Account > Settings to find the ServiceM8 Launch 2025 notice, and click ‘Activate’.
- iOS & Android: The ServiceM8 14 iOS & Android apps are now available in the App Store & Google Play.
