Only the mobile version has been updated, Online and desktop is still the old version

Hey Steve! To activate the ServiceM8 11 features & improvements in your Online Dashboard, there’s a two-step process 1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 11 Now’ just under the top video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2022-update , to reveal the green activation banner in Settings, then 2) click the ‘Activate’ button in the green banner in Settings. You’ll need to be logged in via web browser 🙂

This version update is awesome! Solves MANY of my pain points – thanks guys for listening to your customer feedback and making improvements! All the little things that bugged me are now solved! New customer changes client card, bundles, bigger windows, blank lines in quotes… They’re all little things but now I can get stuff done faster, and who doesn’t love better efficiency?! Thanks Legends!
