The time of the launch in New York will be 8PM EDT on Monday 5th.
If you visit http://www.servicem8.com/live you will see a countdown to the event start to confirm.

Just watched the Service M8 4.0 Launch Event ….. Other than a new look and the Network plugin what was actually fixed or included from the ServiceM8 Feedback requests? Looking forward to the new version!
