Hi guys, this looks great. Does this mean that this invoice can then be applied to a job within invoicing?

The Quick Quote & Quick Invoice feature is essentially a shortcut to creating and sending quotes and invoices, while still creating a job in the background. So, with a Quick Invoice, you won’t have to ‘apply’ it to a job because it will already be a job, which you can view and edit the same as other invoiced jobs in the Invoicing page. Yes, it’s available now. If you can’t see the Quote and Invoice options in the ‘New’ tab, you’ll need to download the latest version of the app.

No, sorry — there’s no equivalent buttons in the Online Dashboard. Perhaps use of Job Templates could help to streamline job creation (i.e. as ‘Quotes’ or ‘Completed’) for quickly generating quotes and invoices through a new job card?
