In addition to looking the part, this update will provide you with a quick overview of your finances – how much quoted work you have have in the pipeline, which customers owe you the most money, and most importantly – who do you need to invoice. The goal is to reduce the time involved in invoicing jobs.
What’s changed?
- Reporting – Get a quick overview of your financials.
- Batch Printing – Print multiple invoices at once.
- Batch Email – Email multiple outstanding invoices at once, with a personalised email to each client.
- Payment Tracking – For sole-traders without an accounting package, we’ll help you track which invoices have been paid. For people with MYOB or Xero, we’ll do this for you automatically.
